报告人简介：穆罕默德·沙希德·汗教授是管理领域一位卓有成就的学者和研究员，拥有博士学位和十多年的博士后教学经验。目前，他是泰国宣素那他皇家大学的全职讲师，也是中国阿坝州师范学院和三门峡理工学院的客座教授。他的职业生涯包括与行业利益相关者的合作，并在吉隆坡的巴基斯坦高级委员会担任外交官，这反映了他学术和国际参与的结合。沙希德博士拥有丰富的研究成果，在同行评议的期刊和会议论文中发表了70篇文章，包括在著名的SSCI索引和高影响因子期刊中的出版物。他的研究专长涵盖创新管理、可持续商业实践、环境可持续性、知识管理和绿色人力资源管理（HRM）。沙希德博士致力于理论与实践的衔接，他继续为全球学术界做出贡献，同时促进当代组织挑战的可持续解决方案。
